Ladies in Black three-course offer: Fresh burrata with marinated mushrooms or pig's head terrine with Jerusalem artichokes and mandarin mustard, followed by a choice of pan-fried cobia with fennel and sautéed chicory or wagyu beef cheek with parsnip, watercress and balsamic dressing.
