It’s where traditional techniques of Moorish and Spanish cuisine meet with the contemporary kitchen. Nathan Sasi’s ever evolving menu showcases seasonality in all its grandeur, with the ‘market’ philosophy a strong accent. Mercado’s wine list is a portrait of the venue’s ethos with wines sourced from boutique vineyards across Europe where wine is naturally organic, bio-dynamic and made with passion and reverence, the result, a product that speaks for itself. FESTIVAL FEASTS OFFER

A $55pp, 4 course, share style menu. Starting with marinated Spanish olives & our signature fish n chips. Entrée is a Turkish ravioli of pumpkin, yoghurt, burnt butter & roasted prawns, shellfish butter, bottarga. Main course is a selection of meats from the rotisserie and the clay brick oven accompanied with wood fired carrots. Finishing with Dulce de leche ice cream for dessert. Menu is subject to change due to seasonality. Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can be accommodated for with prior notice. Available evenings, Monday through to Saturday for a minimum of 2 guests.
