The Malaya

Founded by Wong Tai See in 1963, The Malaya opened for business with a range of unique recipes inspired by his travels through Southeast Asia as a merchant seaman. Now, 50 years on, The Malaya continues to serve Sydney diners at King St Wharf, with sweeping water views, a contemporary dining room, and a range of seafood dishes to reflect its waterfront location.


FESTIVAL FEASTS OFFER
A set menu with a glass of wine for $55 per person, including salt and pepper prawns, Kapitan prawns, chicken San Choy Bow, coconut beef rendang and Szechuan eggplant. A vegetarian menu will also be available. Valid for a minimum of two diners.
