FESTIVAL FEASTS OFFER
Walsh Bay Kitchen’s Sydney Festivalmenu samples delicious and innovative new Australian fare, created by Head Chef, Kay Hwang. When working their way through the menu, diners can indulge in seared scallops with almond butter, squid ink and finger lime or wagyu flat iron, salsa verde and creamy potato or Jasmine tea smoked duck breast with parsnip and Korean BBQ sauce, a house specialty.
